أما لوفشلت فى الحصول على عمل أمامك حل من إثنين فيزا سياحة ودى تحتاج رصيد فى البنك يخليهم فى السفارة يطمئنوا لك ويعطوك التأشيرة وممكن تأخذ معاك صنارة سمك bv:- :lol: والجيرل فرند بتاعتك دة كا بروف على أنك صايح يعنى mf-: .

أما لو عايز فيزا على رائى الشباب لا تزيد تكلفتها عن كيلو برتقال بصرة :D يبقى تشوف لك معهد لتعليم اللغة تعبان وبيأخذ مبلغ حُنين كدة يجى تلاتين تلاف دولار$ ودول هيدولك فيزا طالب لمدة قصيرة وأثناء هذة المُدة تجهز نفسك برم فى أستراليا على كل خلق الله وتدور على شغل.( باب وظائف خالية :lol: )

ودفعت فلوس الامتحان خلاص سواء الجزء الأول أو التاني

وحجزت تذكرة طيران لاستراليا عشان اروح امتحن

حقعد هناك اسبوع بالكتير وراجع مصر

اروح للسفارة في القاهرة أقولهم أدوني فيزا نوعها ايه؟

ويطلبوا مني يكون عندي كام في البنك؟

I waant to thank you for this statment

to get general registration you have to pass both parts of amc and have 12 months of supervised training either as an intern resident or as a registrar.

as an intern it is a controlled process though so you only have to work well and get good reports and then you will automatically get general registration.

while as a resident or a registrar after the end of 12 months you have to put an application to the medical board in the state where you are working and the medical board can approve or deny your application based on the quality of your supervision reports and the diversity of the terms you have had during the 12months.

i know now that intern like teching year

and get u th GR after the year and then apply to what u want as rigstrar

and i dont have it

the residant is just working and give u repoet of reccomindation

With your experience in paeds you definitely have higher chances of getting a job , it is difficult to quantify these chances though because it is really a matter of how many jobs there are and how good the other applicants are, but i would definitely say that you have a good chance,

Now i don't think you should really go for the intern pathway , you should really apply for a registrar staright away, this has some advantages and some disadvantages , the advantages are you are gonna feel better working as a registrar who takes decisions and manages patients rather than an intern who just follows the registrar and writes what he says, the other advantage is that you will spend less time in your training and you can become a consultant much faster (at least 2 years faster). also you might have a higher chance as the demand for a registrar is usually a bit higher than that for a resident or an intern.

The main disadvantage is that it is a different system with a different language of communication and it might be a bit difficult to manage in a senior position as your first job here, i have seen that causing trouble to some people before, and for me myself though i started as a senior resident it was tough as they have a certain level of expectation and if you are below that level it is gonna be a problem.

i didn't say that each one has its advantages and disadvantages as i said before, however the intern year is a good year to start working in this different system to avoid any shocks or any bad experiences at work.

the normal sequence for the australian graduates here is one year intern, one year resident then apply for a registrar, so theoritically if you start with a resident you shorten the duration of training by one year but i don't think this is really that important.

i am not sure exactly what you mean but the resident year can be accredited towards your training in some specialties if that is what you are asking about

to get into training you must find a registrar job and register with the appropriate college and finish your training

tough question , no direct answer,

the problem is for doctors you have to have GR before being able to apply for PR

so you must try to find another way

one of my friends who is a doctor used to work for sometime as a medical rep. for a drug company and he could apply with that

If you are married you can apply with your wife as the main applicant if her job allows that

difficult question but life is not easy, use your imagination , may be there is a chef inside you that you didn't know about that is trying to come to australia as well or a barber or ....

after finshing the amc you work in a supervised trainig job for 12 months you get your GR then you can apply for PR

that is very good actually and that is the main reason iam writing in this forum because things on the websites are not clear especially if you are coming from a different system, and all i am trying to do is to try and make things a bit clearer so you can make an informed decision and expect what is coming ahead when you start that long journey.

Elzamala will improve your chances to get a job if you compete with an equivilant candidate that doesn't have it

if you don't have first part of amc you can't work here at all.

i said you must have a valid working visa for intern jobs not particularly a PR

applying for hospitals directly doesn't guarantee a job

IMET is only responsible for prevocational training (i.e. INTERN). they have many other rules but in terms of job allocatio it is only for interns.

I liked the Resident things

and like to know all thos things

and now i know no Residency programe but only Training year just when i want to apply for

i liked that because i know how my future Insha' Allah

now this is the MAIN GOLD thing in the Fourm

i'd send e-mail to the MONASH univ. for know the cours

and he replays to me that 6 weeks cours for 2100 $AUD

and he saids to me that he will give me a Cirtificant for the Studdent Visa

so this is a new way rather than English courses
