An Appeal to People All Over The World For The Purpose of Exposing the Atrocities Against Muslims in Russia

Hizbut-Tahrir is a political party, whose ideology is Islam. This party works in Russia. It appeals to Islam, spreading its ideas of Islam by means of discussions in society and it does it exclusively amicably. It is demanded by Islam. Allah (swt) says in the Quran:

(لَا إِكْرَاه فِي الدِّينِ)

"There is no compulsion in religion" (2:256)

However the unprecedented cruelty of people in rebellion against peaceful followers of Islam. Bashkortostan, the regions of Russia, undoubtedly is in the lead in these oppressions. Last decade Region Authorities organized the mass campaign of persecution against Muslims. Their actions began in 2004, after an official prohibition of this party, whose supporters were subjected to extreme cruelty and lawlessness by the Intelligence Agencies.

We are members of Hizb ut-Tahrir and we want to bringthe attention of the whole world to the crimes committed against people who desire to live according to their religion. They only say: "My Lord is Allah and my religion is Islam".

For the past seven years, Russian authorities in Moscow have turned a blind eye to the violations of the security officials in Bashkortostan. It suits them fine when people are tortured and killed for their beliefs on life. The Kremlin plans to plant fear in any dissenter throughout the country. But their efforts are in vain because we will continue to call for Islam and we understand what awaits us along this path.

There is not a single reason for these oppressions. Officially there was not any trial but these Muslimswere smeared in mass-media.

Muslims simply are hated, openly and without restraint.

The facts of these oppressions are described below. We will describe one instance of the Russian Federation in Bashkortostan. However this situation is similar throughout the country, towards both Muslims as a whole and to members of Hizb ut-Tahrir in particular.

Firstly we will describe the latest crime against six Muslims, arrested on October 21, 2011 in Sibaj. Several violations were incurred when their homes were searched. The detained men were cruelly tortured during 12 hours: they were beaten on their hands and legs, they were blindfolded. The officers covered their heads with bags who then bashed their heads using polypropylene pipe, and stifled them with gas masks. The officers stripped them of their trousers and then severely beat their buttocks. The Russian officersthreatened the six detainees with rape. They beat them with iron crowbars and then shoved them into their mouths.They were handcuffed for 8 hours, without loosening. The officers ripped out and burned their beards and continued with similar brutalities. The officers fractured 4 ribs of one of the Muslims. Criminal proceedings were filed under the articles №282.1 and № 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. This crime became the most infamous caseagainst Islam from the past seven years.

After the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation passed its unjust judgment on 14 February 2003 in which Hizb ut-Tahrir, an Islamic political party, was recognized as a terrorist group, the Intelligence Agencies began inhuman repressions towards Muslims. The Federal Security Service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of The Republic of Bashkortostan violate human rights and all standards of international law. The Investigation Agencies and the judges, who are also a part of the lawlessness, pass deliberate guilty verdicts in spite of all facts specifying the trumped-up charges.

In December 2004, as a result of the Supreme Court’s verdict that officially declared Hizb ut-Tahrir a terrorist organization; the Federal Security Service, unprecedented in its cruelty, raided townsin Bashkortostan. Homes were forcibly searched. Weapons and ammunition were planted in Muslims’ houses. Muslims were tortured until they confessed their participation in terrorist activity. Intelligence Agencies' officers came to the prisons and cruelly beat the prisoners. On August 4, 2005, the Supreme Court sentenced the following 9 persons:

1. AlibayevMarselUralovitch, born in 1974: 8 years of high security.

2. Ahmetsafin Musa Sharifoviсh, born in 1977: 7 years and 6 months of high security.

3. GabdrahmanovRinatRifovich, born in 1968: 8 years and 6 months of high security.

4. GayanovBulatMarsovich, born in 1972: 7 years and 6 months high security.

5. GayanovSalavatMarsovich, born in 1976: 5 years of high security.

6. Gayanov Mars Gabdullovich, born in 1951: 4 years and 6 months of conditional sentence.

7. GumerovIlgizRailjevich, born in 1978: 3 years and 6 months of general regime.

8. RyadinskiyVitaliyNikolaevich, born in 1976: 8 years of high security.

9. SaveljevEvgeniyAnatoljevich, born in 1984: 4 years and 6 months of general regime.

The representative of Civil Assistance Committee and Memorial, the Human Rights Society, said, "Criminal prosecution in connection with participation to Hizb ut-Tahrir, including nine persons who were sentenced yesterday, is persecution based on ideological motives. The pronouncement of Kasjyanov A.A., who is a chief of department of priority cases of public prosecution office in the Republic of Bashkortostan,is confirmation of this. As it was statedin the presence of one of the wives of the prisoners: "Nobody says that they are terrorists, but we have the judgment of the Supreme Court…"

To our knowledge, as to charges regarding possession of a weapon and explosive, they were planted on Alibaev and Gabdrahmanov. The weapon also was planted during searches onRyadinskiy and the brothers Gayanov's houses, but the men were not charged under article 222 of Criminal Code of the Russia Federation. It indirectly confirms a version of the defense about case fabrication under this article in relation to Alibayev and Gabdrahmanov. The circumstances of the appearance of ammunition in Gumerov's house allow assumption of provocation elements".

These human rights organizations also have information that law enforcement officers violated several laws from the time of detention and throughout the entire preliminary investigation. The charges included involvement in an illegal organization and conspiring with a criminal community was accompanied with acts of tortures and psychological pressure including insults of the accused religious beliefs.

On 14 February 2003, The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation passed the proscription of 15 Muslimorganizations as terroristic in a closed session without representation of any of these organizations. The decision of the Court was not published. The imams of mosques were not briefed with the text of judgment, so they could not explain it to their parishioners, i.e. to the affected people whose interests are at risk.

Memorial, a Human Rights Society, received the official text of the decision only in July, 2005, after two years the decision went into effect. Memorial received it only after several requestsfrom Gannushkina S.A., a member of Council under Russia's President on Civil Society Institutions and Human Rights, to Lebedev V.M, the President of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. The first inquiry was directed by Gannushkina S.A. to Lebedev V.M. in July, 2004. Butit was ignored.

Thus, the document, limiting the rights and freedom of citizen, appeared classified what is forbidden by the Russian Federation legislation.

Even after completing their sentences, Muslims are not finished; they are still oppressed by the prison administration.

After the trials against the Intelligence Agencies, they lessened their harassment towards Muslims. However in April, 2008 they renewed persecutions of Muslims in Bashkortostan with new force, with tortures and formal judicial trial. Since April, 2008 there was a new wave of repressions through the towns of Bashkortostan.

More than 30 Muslims were arrested on April, 4th. Twenty-twoof the Muslims’ houses were searched by Intelligence agencies.

In 2004, they planted weapons to imprison Muslims, but now it is enough to find Islamic literature. The result is that six citizens from Ufa were accused in participation to Hizb ut-Tahrir activity. They were sentenced to imprisonment. They are:

1. Shakirov Albert Zakievich, born in 1966

2. LukmanovAzatRazifovich, born in 1975

3. MinnibaevTagirFanisovich, born in 1981

4. ShamilSharipov, born in 1977

5. RustamLatypov, born in 1976

6. AjratAhmetshin, born in 1977

Then citizens from Bajmak and Sibaj were also arrested and imprisoned:

1. AjnurSagadeev, born 1982

2. AjnurBajsuakov, born in 1979

3. Alexey Putintsev, born in 1976

Muslims from Meleuz region were also arrested:

1. RustamRahmatullin, born in 1984

2. Marat Ismagilov, born in 1982

Citizens from Davlekanovo were also imprisoned.

All the arrests were accompanied by beating accused in order to receive "necessary" testimonies for investigation.

The arrests were continued in 2009 in Djurtjuli and in Ufa, there were about twenty detentions that included severe violations of human rights. On September 22, six men were sentenced.

In 2010, similar trouble for Muslims occurred in Tuimazy, Meleuz and Mrakovo where criminal cases and imprisonment were also evident.

The year 2011 became the peak of lawlessness of the Intelligence Agencies in Bashkortostan. On March 17, armed forces in shoulder boards burst into the flat where believers gathered for tea. All of the men were taken to the local police precinct. The repression of the Intelligence Agencies became intolerable and on March 25th, 2011, Muslims organized a peaceful approved protest in attempt to stand up for their rights. But the Republic Authorities unleashed the Intelligence Agencies against the Muslims instead of trying to understand the reason for the protest. On April 6, officers from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and FSC arrested tens of people who participated in the protests and subjected to brutal torture. Сriminal proceedings under article 282.2 were instituted against eight persons. Among them are:

5. RuslanZajnullin, born in 1991

6. AjratAhmetshin, born in 1977

The Muslim population includes horrible accounts of brutal torture and insults but end up in piles stashed in office drawers. The Muslims of Bashkortostan are defenseless against lawlessness of Intelligence agencies till this day. The officers are like bloodthirsty predators who worsen in their in their cruelty. They continue to oppress the Muslims and fabricate criminal cases against them. Furthermore, their hatred towards Muslims has extended to persecuting theirpregnant wives. These women were also harassed by officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Bashkortostan:

1. ShakirovaLilijaRamilevna,born in1982, mother of 4 children

2. Mannapova Julia Kazihanovna, born in 1984, mother of 2 small children,

3. Minibaeva Elmira Junirovna, born in 1985, mother of 2 children

They are also accused of extremism.

The actions of the officers in power in Bashkortostan are like the actions of a furious animal because their cruelty and brutality aren't explainable. Sharipov Mansur Maratovich was brutally beaten in a pre-trial prison №1 on September 2011 in Ufa. Nobody was punished although the beating was confirmed by the Commission of Human Rights Defenders.

The geography of arrests extends every day. There are no cities where Muslims are protected by the law. The trial proceeds toBirsk, Salavat, Ufa; they are passed with gross violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation and international law. Three Muslims' houses were searched in mid-September in Sterlitamak where Hizb ut-Tahrir books were found. A criminal case was filed against them.

On October 8, 2011 in Ufa, the armed FSC officers burst into the flat where fourMuslims lived and conducted a search. Arrested persons were taken away to“rooms of torture” located on Krupskaya St. 19, a building of FSC administration. In Bashkortostan tens of Hizb ut-Tahrir members went through the similar "rooms" during the years of ban of Hizb ut-Tahrir activity.

O People! You are capable of distinguishing good from evil! You are capable of questioning Russia of its actions! Who gave them the right to wreak havoc on the people! Who gave him a right to abduct, beat, arrest people only because of their beliefs?

Allah (swt) says in the Quran:

﴿ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُم مَّن قَضَى نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلاً ﴾

"Among the Believers are men who have been true to their covenant with God: of them some have completed their vow (to the extreme), and some (still) wait: but they have never changed (their determination) in the least". (33:23)

نداء إلى الناس في العالم كله بهدف تعريفهم بهمجية الدولة الروسية ضد مسلمي روسيا

حزب التحرير هو حزب سياسي، مبدؤه الإسلام. هذا الحزب يعمل في روسيا. وهو يدعو إلى الإسلام، فيشرح أفكاره بالنقاش في المجتمع ويمارس ذلك بطريق سلمي بحت. هكذا يطلب الإسلام. قال تعالى: ((لَا إِكْرَاهَ فِي الدِّينِ)). ولكن في مواجهة دعاة الإسلام السلميّين قامت قوة همجية غير مسبوقة. لا جدال في أن بشكيريا تأتي في قمة مناطق روسيا التي يمارس فيها الاضطهاد؛ فقد نظم حكام المنطقة ملاحقات جماعية للمسلمين في السنوات العشر الأخيرة، بدأت ممارساتهم هذه في العام 2004م بعد حظر الحزب بشكل رسمي، واتسمت بالقسوة وعدم مسئوولية أجهزة الأمن.

نحن، شباب حزب التحرير، نريد أن نلفت أنظار العالم كله إلى الجرائم التي ترتكب بحق الناس الراغبين بالعيش بحسب دينهم، الذين يقولون ربنا الله وديننا الإسلام.

يغلق الحكم الروسي في موسكو عينيه، ومنذ سبع سنوات، عن انتهاكات قوى الأمن في بشكيريا. يعحبهم الوضع حين يقتلون ويعذبون الناس بسبب معتقداتهم في الحياة. ينوي الكرملين أن يخيف كل مخالف له فكرياً في البلد. ولكن مسعاه بدون جدوى، لأننا ندعو إلى الإسلام بحسب قدرتنا وندرك ماذا ينتظرنا في هذا الطريق.

لا يوجد سبب واحد حتى الآن لهذا الاضطهاد، لم يدرس الأمر بشكل رسمي ولا مرة، أما وسائل الإعلام فإنها تلقي بـ(القذارة) على المسلمين.

هم، وبكل بساطة، يكرهون المسلمين بشكل علني ودون حياء.

هذه بعض حقائق الاضطهاد. نريد أن نتحدث من خلالها عن منطقة واحدة في روسيا وفي بشكيريا. وهي تشبه باقي مناطق روسيا، من حيث العلاقة بالمسلمين عامة وبأعضاء حزب التحرير خاصة.

في البداية لا بد من الحديث عن آخر الجرائم ضد مسلمي بشكيريا. ففي 21 أكتوبر 2011م في مدينة سيباي تم اعتقال ستة مسلمين. كان هناك تفتيش لمنازل المعتقلين الستة، وقد صاحب عمليات التفتيش مخالفات كثيرة. تعرضوا للتعذيب الوحشي خلال 12 ساعة؛ ضربوهم بالأيدي والأرجل، عصبوا العيون، وألبسوا أكياساً على رؤوسهم، ضربوهم بعصيّ من مواد مطاطية، ألبسوهم الواقي من الغاز وخنقوهم به، خلعوا بناطيلهم وضربوهم على المؤخرة، وهددوهم بالاغتصاب، ضربوهم بعصي حديدية، أدخلوها في الأفواه، ولم يضعوا عنهم القيود لمدة ثماني ساعات، انتزعوا شعر اللحى وحرقوه، وغير ذلك من الهمجية. كسروا أربعة أضلاع لأحد المعتقلين. رفعوا ضدهم قضايا جنائية بحسب المادة 282 بند 1 وبند 2 من قانون الجرائم في دستور روسيا الاتحادية. هذه الجريمة أصبحت الأشهَر خلال السنوات السبع من الحرب غير المتوقفة ضد الإسلام.

وبعد الحكم غير المبرر للمحكمة العليا في روسيا الاتحادية بتاريخ 14 فبراير 2003م، والذي اعتبر بموجبه الحزب السياسي، حزب التحرير، حزباً إرهابياً، بدأت أجهزة الأمن باضطهاد المسلمين في كل البلد بشكل غير إنساني. يسمح جهاز المخابرات الروسي والداخلية الروسية في جمهورية بشكيريا لنفسيهما بالقيام بكل المخالفات الفاضحة، ولكل المعايير والحقوق الدولية. يفعلون ما يريدون ويخالفون القوانين سواء المحققون أو القضاة، يثبتون التهم دون مراعاة كل الحقائق التي تدل على أن التهم مفبركة.

في ديسمبر 2004م ومن أجل اعتبار المحكمة العليا حزب التحرير بأنه منظمة إرهابية، قام جهاز المخابرات الروسي في مدن بشكيريا بعمليات خاصة همجية لم يسبق لها مثيل. نفذ العديد من عمليات مداهمة البيوت وتفتيشها، وقد قاموا خلالها بوضع الأسلحة في بيوت المسلمين، وعذبوا المعتقلين من أجل إدانتهم بتهمة ممارسة النشاط الإرهابي، كان موظفو الأجهزة الأمنية يأتون إلى السجن ويعذبون المعتقلين بشكل وحشي. وفي 04/08/2005م حكمت المحكمة العليا في روسيا الاتحادية على 9 أشخاص بالأحكام التالية:

1 - عليبايف مارسيل أورالوفيتش مواليد 1974م - 8 سنوات مع التشديد.

2 - أحمدسافين موسى شريفوفيتش مواليد 1977م - 7 سنوات ونصف مع التشديد.

3 - عبد الرحمنوف رينات ريفوفيتش مواليد 1968م - 8 سنوات ونصف مع التشديد.

4 - غايانوف بولات مارسوفيتش مواليد 1972 - 7 سنوات ونصف مع التشديد.

5 - غايانوف سالافات مارسوفيتش مواليد 1976 - 5 سنوات مع التشديد.

6 - غايانوف مارس عبد اللفيتش مواليد 1951م - 4 سنوات ونصف مع وقف التنفيذ.

7 - غوميروف إلجيز رايلوفيتش مواليد 1978م - 3 سنوات ونصف في سجن عام.

8 - ريادنسكي فيتالي نيكولايفتش مواليد 1976م - 8 سنوات مع التشديد.

9 - سافيليف يفغيني أناتولوفيتش مواليد 1984م - 4 سنوات ونصف في سجن عام.

بحسب كلام ممثل لجنة "مساعدة المواطن" ومركز حقوق الإنسان "ميموريال" (فإن الملاحقات القانونية للأشخاص بسبب انتمائهم لحزب التحرير، بمن فيهم المحكومين أمس، تعتبر ملاحقات بسبب المعتقدات. في هذا الوقت يمكن أن نستدل على ذلك بما قاله مدير العمليات الهامة في النيابة العامة لجمهورية بشكيريا أ.أ كاسينوفا، حيث قال أمام زوجة أحد المحكومين: "لا أحد يقول أنهم إرهابيون، ولكن يوجد قرار المحكمة العليا..".

أما بالنسبة للتهمة بحيازة الأسلحة والمتفجرات، فإن معلوماتنا تشير إلى أنها وُضعت لعليبايف وعبد الرحمانوف. وكذلك وُضعت أثناء تفتيش منزل ريادنسك والأخوة غايانوف، في حين أن الإتهام بحسب المادة 222 من قانون الجرائم الروسي لم توجه لهم، مما يدل دلالة غير مباشرة على وجود فبركة في تطبيق هذه المادة على عليبايف وعبد الرحمانوف. إن ظروف العثور على الأسلحة عند غوميروف يسمح بطرح فكرة الفبركة).

منظمات حقوق الإنسان هذه تملك مثل هذه المعلومات، والتي تفيد بأنه ومنذ لحظة الاعتقال، وخلال التحقيق فإن موظفي القوى الأمنية اقترفوا العديد من المخالفات القانونية الصارخة. فأدلة الاتهام على أساس المواد التي تتحدث عن العمل مع جماعة محظورة، وتكوين خلايا إجرامية، واستخدام التعذيب والضغط النفسي ترافقه إهانة المشاعر الدينية للمتهمين.

قرار المحكمة العليا في روسيا الاتحادية بتاريخ 14/02/2003م حول اعتبار 15 حركة إسلامية كمنظمات إرهابية وحظرها قد تم في جلسة مغلقة ودون مشاركة أي ممثل عن أي من هذه الحركات، ولم تنشر في الصحف. لم يعطوا نص القرار لأئمة المساجد الذين لم يستطيعوا بدورهم شرحه بدقة لمرتادي المساجد، أي الذين يمس مصالحهم هذا القرار مباشرة.

منظمة الحقوق "ميموريال" تلقت بشكل رسمي نص القرار المذكور في يوليو 2005م أي بعد تطبيقه بعامين، وبعد طلبه عدة مرات من ممثلي المحكمة الروسية العليا ف.م ليبيدوف، عن طريق عضو مستشار لرئيس روسيا الاتحادية في مجال تطورير حقوق الإنسان والمجتمع إلى س.أ غانوشكين. أول مرة أرسل طلب الاطلاع على نص القرار إلى س.أ غانوشكين موجهاً إلى ف.م ليبيدوف في يوليو 2004م ولكن لم نتلق رداً.

وهكذا فإن قرار تقييد حقوق وحريات المواطنين تبين أنه سرى عملياً، وهو أمر محظور بحسب قوانين روسيا الاتحادية.

وحتى بعد إصدار الأحكام القضائية لا يتركون المسلمين في حالهم، بل يستمرون بكل الطرق في إذلالهم مستخدمين في ذلك إدارة السجون.

بعد عدة محاكمات مدوية لأجهزة الأمن لم يقرروا البدء في موجة اضطهاد جديدة ضد المسلمين. لكن من أبريل 2008م بدأت ملاحقات مسلمي بشكيريا يرافقها التعذيب ومحاكمات صورية تشتد. فمنذ أبريل 2008م بدأت في مدن جمهورية بشكيريا موجة جديدة من الاضطهاد.

في 4 أبريل تم اعتقال أكثر من 30 مسلماً، ونفذت الأجهزة الأمنية أكثر من 22 عملية تفتيش في منازل المؤمنين.

إذا كانت الأجهزة الأمنية في 2004م تضع الأسلحة في منازل المسلمين من أجل سجنهم، فإن هذه الأجهزة اليوم تكتفي بوضع مواد ثقافية إسلامية. وعلى هذا الأساس فقد وجهت تهمة الانتماء لحزب التحرير إلى 6 من سكان أوفا، وحكم عليهم بالحبس الفعلي، وهؤلاء الستة هم:

1 - شاكيروف ألبيرت زاكييفتش مواليد 1966م

2 - لقمانوف أزات رضيفوفيتش مواليد 1975م

3 - مانيبايف طاهر فانيسوفيتش مواليد 1981م

4 - شاريبوف شاكل مواليد 1977م

5 - لاتيبوف رستام مواليد 1976م

6 - أحمدشين أيرات مواليد 1977م.

ومن ثم تم اعتقال بعض سكان مدينتي بايماك وسيباي، وكذلك تم حبسهم وهم:

1 - أينور ساغادييف مواليد 1982م

2 - أينور بايسواكوف مواليد 1979م

3 - أليكسي بوتينتسف مواليد 1976م

وكذلك مسلمين من منطقة ميليوزوف وهم:

1 - رستام رحمة اللين مواليد 1984م

2 - مراد اسماعيلوف مواليد 1982م.

وعلى نفس الأسس تمت محاكمة وحبس اثنين من سكان مدينة دافليكان.

كل هذه الاعتقالات رافقها ضرب المتهمين من أجل إعطاء الإفادات المطلوبة للمحققين.

في 2009م استمرت الاعتقالات في مدن ديورتيولي وأوفا، تم اعتقال ما يقرب من 20 شخصاً، وتعرضوا لانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان. في 22 سبتمبر تمت محاكمة ستة منهم:

1 - لاتيبوف رستام مواليد 1976م

2 - شاكيروف ألبيرت زاكييفتش مواليد 1966م

3 - لقمانوف أزات رضيفوفيتش مواليد 1975م

4 - محمد الدينوف إلدار مواليد 1975م

5 - شاميل حسينياروف مواليد 1982م

6 - إلغيز صلاحوف مواليد 1975م.

وفي عام 2010م لم تتخط المصائب مدن تويماز، ميليوز ومراكوف. حيث تم رفع دعاوى قضائية وأحكام بالسجن الفعلي.

شهد عام 2011 قمة مخالفة الأجهزة الأمنية للقوانين في بشكيريا، ففي 17 آذار، اجتمع بعض المؤمنين لشرب الشاي في شقة، وسرعان ما داهمها رجال مسلحون واقتادوا الكل بدون سبب إلى دائرة الداخلية. وفي 25 آذار 2011م خرج المسلمون بعد أن ضاقوا ذرعاً بتصرفات الأجهزة الأمنية خرجوا في مظاهرة سلمية في محاولة لانتزاع حقوقهم. وبدل أن يدرسوا الأمر ويفهموا السبب الذي دفع المسلمين للتظاهر، قامت حكومة الجمهورية بدفع الأجهزة الأمنية للتصدي لهم. وكذلك في 5 أبريل تم اعتقال العشرات ممن شاركوا في المظاهرة، وعذبوا بوحشية من قبل موظفي الداخلية وجهاز المخابرات. ورفعوا دعاوى قضائية ضد 8 أشخاص بحسب المادة 282 بند 2 وهم:

1 - غاليموف شاميل مواليد 1980م

2 - غاليموف رستم مواليد 1984م

3 - توبيغين ميخائيل مواليد 1983م

4 - إبراهيموف إلدار مواليد 1975م

5- زين اللين رسلان مواليد 1991م

6 - أحمدشين أيرات مواليد 1977م

7 - شاريبوف منصور مواليد 1988م

8 - حمادييف أليكسي مواليد 1981م

كل شكاوى المسلمين على التعذيب والاستهزاء تتظاهر الأجهزة أنها رفعتها غير أنها لا تكون قد خرجت من أدراجهم!. حتى اليوم ظل مسلمو جمهورية بشكيريا بدون حماية من أجهزة الأمن التي تشبه الوحوش، المتعطشة للدم، لا تستطيع أن تتوقف عن الوحشية. هم مستمرون في إذلال وفبركة الدعاوى القضائية ضد المؤمنين. وصلوا بحقدهم على المسلمين أن صاروا يلاحقون نساءهم اللواتي لديهن أطفالٌ صغارٌ. هن أيضاً تعرضن للضغط من قبل موظفي الداخلية في جمعورية بشكيريا:

1 - شاكيروفا ليلى راميليفنا مواليد 1982م، أم ولها 4 أطفال.

2 - مانابوفا يولا كازيخانوفا، مواليد 1984م لها إثنان من الأبناء الصغار.

3 - مينيبابفا إلميرا يونيروفنا مواليد 1985م، أم ولها طفلان.

كلهن اتُّهمن بالأصولية.

تصرفات موظفي الأجهزة الأمنية تشبه تصرفات الوحوش، فهمجيتهم وعدم إنسانيتهم أمر غير مبرر. في سبتمبر 2011م في الحبس الانفرادي رقم 1 في مدينة أوفا تم ضرب شاريبوف منصور مارادوفيتش، ومع أن حقيقة ضربه أثبتتها لجنة حقوق الإنسان، إلا أن أحداً من الجناة لم يعاقب.

تزداد عمليات الاعتقال كل يوم. ولم تبقَ ولا مدينة يتمتع المسلمون فيها بحماية القانون. المحاكمات تتم في مدن بيرسك، سالافات وأوفا. وهي تتم ويرافقها مخالفات كبيرة لقوانين روسيا الاتحادية وكذلك مخالفات للمعايير الدولية. في أواسط سبتمبر وفي مدينة ستيرليتامسك جرى تفتيش منازل ثلاثة مسلمين، وبعد العثور على كتب حزب التحرير فيها رفعوا ضدهم دعاوى قضائية.

اقتحم موظفوا المخابرات الروسية، وهم مسلحون، في مدينة أوفا بتاريخ 8 أكتوبر 2011م شقة يسكنها أربعة مسلمين، وقاموا بتفتيش الشقة. أرسلوا المعتقلين إلى "غرفة التعذيب" في المبنى 19 في عمارة إدارة المخابرات العامة الروسية. وقد مرّ عبر هذه "الغرفة" خلال سنوات حظر نشاط حزب التحرير في بشكيريا وحدها عشرات الأعضاء من هذا الحزب.

أيها الناس العقلاء، والقادرون على التمييز بين الخير والشر! أنتم قادرون على أن تسألوا روسيا عن علاقتها هذه بشعبها. من أعطاها الحق أن تتوحش، تضرب وتسجن الناس بسبب ثباتهم على آرائهم؟

يقول تعالى:

﴿ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُم مَّن قَضَى نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلاً ﴾
